This talk is a light-hearted look at caving and digging in the Yorkshire Dales. Much of the limestone in the Dales is honeycombed with cave passages.  Each year the number of passages is extended through the efforts of cavers digging and discovering new passages. In the western part of the Dales around Leck and Casterton Fell many of these cave systems have been extended and linked together to form what is known as the 3 Counties System; a series of caves that link passages starting in Cumbria, going under parts of Lancashire, and emerging in Yorkshire. This talk focuses on a small digging project that that was carried out in Notts Pot 2, in 2014.  A talk for those new to caving.
