Welcome to the Friday Newsletter of the Upper Wharfedale Field Society.  For those members new to the Society, the newsletter alerts us to anything new added to our website. We hope you enjoy it.

The next UWFS walk will be led by Ann Shaw and will take place on Saturday 21 January. Meet 9.00 Colvend (YDNP car park, Grassington) for car sharing or 10.00 at the Pendle Heritage Centre in Barrowford. There is a small parking charge payable on exit, cash or card.

The walk is 6 miles in length and the Heritage Centre museum and tea room are expected to be open at the end of the walk.

Please dress appropriate to the weather and likely conditions under foot. A warm drink and packed lunch would be useful.

This event is free to members and £3 for visitors.
