A 5 mile walk on Giggleswick Scar to look at the past and present water drainage and the place of the Scar in the Craven Fault system.

“Meet at 10am on Buck Haw Brow in the lay-by opposite Scar Top Garage, SD 79711 65723.

This is the first lay-by on the right from Giggleswick but the third on the left from the Austwick end of the old road from Settle to Austwick, not the bypass.”
